How do I report a user?
You can report users directly in the app by visiting their profile and tapping the report button. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account in the app settings under "Account" → "Delete Account". All your data will be removed within 30 days.
How do I cancel my ouibu Pro subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Go to your subscription settings in the store to cancel.
Is ouibu available in my country?
ouibu is currently available in Germany, France, Netherlands, and Belgium. We're working on expanding to more countries soon!
How do I become a verified Pro?
Fitness professionals can apply for ouibu Pro verification through the app. You'll need to provide proof of your qualifications and certifications.
